France - All food is home cooked by Cris using Fresh Ingredients, wherever possible organically home grown. When cooking for coeliacs and people with nut allergies we use separate cooking utensils and equipment.
Breakfasts - A selection of cereals (inc. gluten free), yoghurts, fresh fruits, juices, toast (inc. gluten free), separate butter/spreads to avoid cross contamination, croissants, home made preserves, eggs.
Lunches - A packed lunch is provided as per itinerary, usually a french baguette with your choice of meats, cheeses and salads - for coeliacs a boxed mixed salad will be provided.
Cake-o'clock - On your return after your days activities you will find home made cake and biscuits waiting for you, including gluten-free/nut free choices.
Evening Meals - depending upon itinerary serve yourself from a buffet style two or three course evening meal, which is a great opportunity to swap your days stories with other guests around our HUGE dinner table.
